Quality being of utmost importance, Lazzaro takes great care in creating and delivering its products to you. Should you not be satisfied with them in any instance, please note below:
Our Tableware is not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect, is an incorrect item OR has been damaged during delivery.
Should the product be defective, incorrect or damaged upon delivery, the same should be notified to us within twenty-four (24) hours after the delivery date providing photographic proofs showing defective/incorrect/damaged items to obtain approval. Beyond twenty-four (24) hours of delivery, Lazzaro will not entertain any such requests.
Should the return be authorized, Lazzaro will arrange a free reverse pick-up and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
All return items must be re-packed, secured and sealed in Lazzaro’s packaging material, in original condition, unused. Please ensure that the packaging is done correctly and does not damage the products further.
Upon receipt of the products at our warehouse, the package will be subject to quality inspection and should it pass the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched soon, about which you will be notified via e-mail or phone.
In rare case, should we not have the same piece in stock for replacement, we will process a refund through the original mode of payment.

Order once confirmed, cannot be cancelled/amended.
Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products purchased online cannot be exchanged in stores of our own or of our retail partners and vice versa.
No refunds are entertained if the customer provides wrong or incomplete shipping details.
No refunds are entertained if the customer refuses to accept the package upon delivery.
No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to the pay the Duties & Taxes required by the respective country and does not collect the order from the Shipping partner.
